The challenge
- The client wanted an MVP to found a new AI business around — an AI editor curating its own media feed.
- It had to auto-collect news from selected Telegram channels, process it with AI per a flexible prompt, and publish a digest on schedule.
Our solution
- Built server-side Telegram channel parsing and a flexible distributed task queue for processing.
- Added authorisation, a Telegram bot and mini-app for managing the service, and usage metering.
- Built billing, tariff plans, and payments via Telegram Payments plus Stripe cards.
- Load-tested to 100 concurrent users — a year of headroom — and integrated Google Analytics with a metrics dashboard.
